Folder 1: Attorney General Opinions, 1969-1974

Contains correspondence between the Eastern Kentucky University Student Association and Attorney General John B. Breckinridge requesting opinions on various concerns of the university. Topics of concern include women's dormitories, legislative authority of the Board of Regents, student rights, and student members on the Board of Regents. Also includes correspondence with Attorney General Ed Hancock regarding similar topics of university concerns.

Folder 2: Bachelor of General Studies Proposal, 1973

Contains an Eastern Progress article written about the proposal of a Bachelor of General Studies degree, requirements for earning a degree in General Studies, and procedures for entering the Bachelor of General Studies program.
