Scope and Contents of the Materials

This is an artificial collection of press images purchased from various ebay sellers. The subject matter covers various topics relevant to the Eastern Kentucky University service region, such as coal, flooding, and the "War on Poverty." Several photographs document the shipment of concrete encased chemical weapons to the coast by train for dumping in the ocean.
