The Prints & Drawings Collection consists of a variety of prints, lithographs, engravings and original art work that were mostly acquired as single items. There is little biographical, historical or acquisition information that would warrant the creation of a separate finding aid.

- Hand-tinted. This appears to be a page cut from the book "Historical Collections of the Great West" by Henry Howe. [The print does not have a page number that appears in the 1855 edition of the book located in the EKU Archives, Special Collections.
- Item 6: Engraved Portrait of Daniel Boone, 1835
- By James Barton Longacre after a painting by Chester Harding. It bears a facsimile Daniel Boone signature and has a small piece of paper pasted to it with the signature of "Capt. Nat Harte" [this may be Nathaniel Hart, Jr., son of Nathaniel Hart and Sarah Simpson, who was born in Caswell Co., NC, 30 Sep 1770 and died 7 Feb 1844 in "Spring Hill," Woodford Co., KY, at 73 years of age. He is buried in Frankfort Cemetery, Frankfort, KY]

- Steel plate engraving. It features the Louisville Hotel at the foreground of a busy street scene and bears the inscriptions "Aud d. Kunstanst. d.Bibliogr. Instit. in Hildbh" and "Eigenthum d. Verleger.
- Item 8: Die Mammuths Hohle (Mammoth Cave) in Kentucky, 1854
- Steel plate engraving by Herrmann J. Meyer. It shows two elegantly dressed couples exploring the cave, illuminated only by a torch held by one of the men, and bears the inscriptions "Aud d. Kunstanst. d.Bibliogr. Instit. in Hildbh" and "Eigenthum d. Verleger.

- Item 10: View of Smithland, KY, n.d.
- It features a steamboat named "Old Kentucke" approaching a landing with various other steamboats and flatboats
- Item 11: Theological Seminary, West 2nd St., n.d.
- Published by P. Desobry's Lithography. It shows several buildings in the background, along a dirt road with a fenced-in pasture in the foreground, and bears a handwritten inscription "Theological Seminary, West 2nd St., Present Site - H___? Apartment - in 1820, Bishop Smith, Pres."

- Steel plate engraving. Published by D. Appleton, New York, E.P. Brandard, engraver, after Asa Coolidge Warren (1819-1904), artist. Depicts the Ohio River with a railroad bridge in foreground, steamboat passing underneath and buildings of Louisville in background
- Item 13: The Little White Girl, 1912
- James McNeil Whistler, produced by and signed in his own hand by T.R. Way. T.R. Way was associated with Whistler, and was encouraged by Whistler to copy his works. It depicts a woman holding a fan and looking into a mirror over a fireplace
- Item 14: Cumberland Gap, 1872
- Steel plate engraving. Hand-tinted. By Harry C. Fenn and is an illustration from Picturesque America. This print was published by D. Appleton & Co., New York (2 copies, each tinted differently)
- Item 15: Illustrated Poems by Lee Pennington, 1970
- The following four prints appear to be a set that were sold together (there are 2 copies of the poems but only one copy of the portrait. The poems are signed by the poet Lee Pennington - in his own hand - but the portrait is not). The artist may be Bonnie Bach (?) but the signature is difficult to read.
