Two letters written by Isaac Daniel Hornsby, who was staying with his uncle in Speedwell, Madison County, KY, to his parents in Memphis, TN.

Collection Historical Note

Isaac Daniel Hornsby was born in February 18, 1900 in Georgia to Joseph T. and Anna Hornsby. Anna was born in Kentucky and may have been from Madison County as he talks about his uncles and grandma during his stays in Speedwell.
