Lucy Teater was born on December 4^th, 1915 in Richmond, KY. Her parents were Buford and May Scott Teater. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1939 and was a teacher in the Bourbon County Schools for a time. She married Robert Morris Creech, a 1937 Eastern alum and they had four children. Mrs. Creech died on May 1^st, 2016 at 100 years of age in Satellite Beach, Florida and was buried in the Richmond Kentucky Cemetery with her husband.
