Artists include Svoboda, Cargill, Harold Talburt, Reg Manning, Herbert Block (Herblock), Robert York, Grover Page, Daniel Bishop, Rollin Kirby, Brown, Paul Carmack and others. Topics include Mussolini, Hitler and Stalin, American defense spending, labor issues and more.
