Also known as the Charleston Port Terminal. It was constructed in 1918-19 for use in the First World War. The volume is bound typewriter paper and is a completion report which details the history of construction. Drawings and captioned photographs are included. [The volume is fragile] At the front of the volume are loose typewriter papers which are oversize and folded and one photograph.
