- This folder includes correspondence from a son who moved to Kansas City, to a daughter staying with family and from a cousin. It also includes personal writings from various individuals, notably, the 1902 commencement speech of America Burdette Batson when she graduated and poems and essays from S.B. Merrifield, J.C.H. and Fred Emerson Brooks. Two certificates document Mrs. Davidson's public service as a juror and as a member of the Richmond Parks and Recreation Board. A 1907 program for a musical event in Lancaster, KY is also included.
