Series 3: Administrative Records

The Administrative Records series contains financial records, member correspondence, board/business meeting minutes, membership forms, handbooks, and member/coaches directories. The financial records include ledgers, budgets, proposed budgets, treasury reports, and correspondence. Member correspondence is any communications that do not belong with  the financial correspondence, the tournament correspondence, and the awards correspondence.  All of these records are arranged chronologically.

Contains reports and correspondence concerning Mickey Wells, the basketball coach for Morehead State University during the 1980-1981. On January 1, 1981 he assaulted an official during a game, and the resulting ramifications are documented here.

Contains an information sheet listing the criteria that must be met for a scholar athlete, a scholar athlete nomination form, as well as the scholar athletes for the following school years: 1977-1978, 1994-1995, 1995-1996, and 1996-1997.
